What This Privacy Policy Covers.

 This policy covers how Botwizie™ treats personal information that Botwizie™ collects and receives, including information related to any products and services available on this Website. Personal information is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, mailing address, email address, or other contact information, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

 This policy does not apply to the practices of advertisers or other companies that Botwizie™ does not own or control or to people that Botwizie™ does not employ or manage. When you select a product or service recommended by Botwizie™’s artificial intelligence enabled algorithm, you will leave the Botwizie™ website and conduct the actual purchase on a manufacturer’s, distributor’s or retailer’s website with which Botwizie™ has no relationship. Any activity you conduct on a manufacturer’s, distributor’s or retailer’s website will be governed by the terms of service and privacy policy adopted by that website from time to time.

 This policy does not apply to non-personal information − data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any lawful purpose.

Information Collection and Use

 You can generally visit our website without revealing any personal information about yourself.

 Botwizie™ collects personal information only when you sign up, log in, or fill out forms at Botwizie™ (e.g. by clicking on the “Let’s Be Besties” link on our website home page).

 When you click on such links, we ask for information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and zip code. Once you click on such links and become a member or “bestie” of Botwizie™, you are not anonymous to us.

 Botwizie™ does not sell, rent, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide our artificial intelligence enhanced product search algorithm, when we have your permission, and under the following circumstances:

 We provide the information to trusted partners and affiliates who work on behalf of or with Botwizie™ or have been granted the right to access our customer data as part of an affiliate program in which Botwizie™ participates. These companies may use your personal information to help Botwizie™ communicate with you about offers from Botwizie™ and our marketing partners and affiliates.
